TCC 2007 Report

The first Techshoret Communicators Conference (TCC) was held on January 18, 2007 in Jerusalem and was an amazing success! Technical writers came from all over the country to attend, from large companies and small startups - freelancers, students, documentation managers and seasoned writers. The sessions focused on relatively advanced topics designed to enrich and educate even senior technical writers.

Peter Grainge: Peter is a technical author living in Guildford, Surrey, UK and working in nearby Cobham. He works for CedarOpenAccounts leading two other authors. They produce merged webhelp for two of the main products using RoboHelp HTML X5. Rick is known internationally for his expertise with RoboHelp and Captivate, as well as many other applications. Most of all, Rick is known for his tireless support on the Adobe Community Forums, HATT, and elsewhere. He will be presenting Adobe Captivate and offer a guide to some amazing, little-known resources for technical writers.
