Membership in the Techshoret Resume Database is under the condition that you accept the following Terms of Service:

1. The period of membership is one year from the date your resume is enabled.
2. You agree to pay the amount specified at the end of the registration process, or be disabled at the end of the membership period.
3. You, and you alone, are responsible for the accuracy of the information in the Resume Database. Techshoret provides no verification process and offers no guarantee that the information contained in any resume is factual.
4. If any obscenities, racial remarks, political statements, or inappropriate language (at the discretion of the moderators) is found in any resume, that resume will be disabled immediately and the poster will not be entitled to a refund of any kind for the remaining period of membership.
5. Membership is at the discretion of the moderators. This is a private resume database and we reserve the right to accept or reject any resumes. We are not required to provide a reason for this action.
6. If you wish to be removed from the database, please send a note to: resumes@techshoret.com. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your membership. Alternatively, you can set your membership status to: Not currently looking.
7. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service without prior notice, however, if we do, any additional terms will only apply upon renewal.
